Position: Senior Project Coordinator
Location: Kandivali Office, Mumbai

Position Overview
The Senior Project Coordinator will serve as the central point of communication and coordination between multiple internal and external stakeholders — including the Sales Team, Design Team, Production Team, Project Team, and Client Representatives. This role is critical for ensuring seamless project execution, efficient information flow, and timely delivery of project milestones at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Functional Coordination
● Act as the primary link between Sales, Design, Production, Project, and Client teams.
● Ensure clear, timely, and accurate communication across all departments.
● Facilitate effective project handovers, meetings, and follow-ups to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.
2. Project Execution Support
● Monitor project progress from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
● Coordinate site visits, project meetings, and cross-department discussions to resolve issues proactively.
● Support the Project Team in planning, scheduling, and supervision activities as needed.
3. Technical Understanding
● Possess solid knowledge of end-to-end construction processes including excavation, RCC works, structural elements, and finishing stages.
● Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure clarity and compliance.
4. Client Interaction
● Maintain regular communication with client teams for updates, clarifications, and progress reviews.
● Attend client-site meetings and ensure client requirements are accurately conveyed to internal teams.
5. Documentation & Reporting
● Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, approvals, communication logs, and progress reports.
● Prepare MIS reports for each project, tracking milestones, timelines, budgets, and delays.
● Ensure strict file management discipline across all project documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
● Excellent communication skills — fluent and grammatically correct in English and Hindi (oral & written).
● Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
● Good understanding of construction methodologies and engineering practices.
● Proficient in documentation, reporting, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and manage cross-functional workflows.
● Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Experience Requirements
● Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the construction, infrastructure, or related engineering industry.
● Experience working in metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, or Bangalore will be preferred.
Work Requirements
● Based at the Kandivali Office.
● Must be available for regular visits to client sites and occasional visits to factory locations as required.
