Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and support end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation activities
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and prepare detailed status and performance reports
• Ensure timely completion of tasks in line with project goals, quality standards, and deadlines
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and reports for audit and reference
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support resolution strategies
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support continuous improvement in project coordination processes and best practices
• Mentor junior coordinators and assist in strengthening team efficiency where required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Project Management or related field preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar project management support role
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
