🎯 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1️⃣ Product & Growth Strategy Ownership
- Own the
complete product roadmap

north-star metrics

- Convert user insights into scalable product improvements.
2️⃣ User Acquisition & Growth Execution
- Design and execute a
data-backed growth strategy
to acquire 1,00,000+ users within 6 months
. - Lead multi-channel acquisition (performance marketing, organic growth, referrals, partnerships).
- Identify and unlock scalable growth loops.
- Optimize onboarding funnels for conversion and retention.
3️⃣ Market & Consumer Intelligence
- Deeply understand Indian consumer behavior, psychology, and price sensitivity.
- Conduct continuous competitor and category analysis.
- Identify white spaces and opportunities to outmaneuver competitors.
4️⃣ Leadership & Team Building
- Build and lead a high-performance growth and product team.
- Hire, mentor, and manage cross-functional talent (product, marketing, analytics).
- Set execution cadence, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
5️⃣ Strategic Execution & Accountability
- Own KPIs such as:
- Monthly active users (MAU)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Retention cohorts
- Activation rates
- Make data-backed decisions weekly.
- Report directly to founders with measurable progress.
