Relocation: Permanent relocation to Gandhinagar required

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a niche brokerage firm that provides cutting edge trading, technology, and advisory platforms to our business clients (B2B2C model). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of derivatives, commodities, and related platforms and ecosystems. As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and enhancement of our innovative product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our technology platform and provide key insights into the evolution of new asset classes, trading features, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for listed derivatives, commodities, and margin products. • Work closely with engineering, risk/compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely product releases and new client onboarding.

• Drive the design and implementation of risk-based margining, and collateral optimisation ensuring alignment with clearing requirements and firm’s risk policies.

• Oversee integration with market infrastructures such as exchanges, clearinghouses, and trade repositories.

• Conduct deep market research to drive product enhancements, ensuring compliance with evolving derivatives and commodities regulations.
