Senior Product Manager

• Job Purpose Statement

• We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – LRD to design, manage, and grow our Lease Rental Discounting business. The role involves owning the product end-to-end – from policy and process design to compliance and business growth – ensuring alignment with RBI regulations and NBFC best practices.

• Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage policies, SOPs, and product notes for LRD.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal governance.
• Work with credit, risk, and legal teams to define eligibility, credit norms, and risk frameworks.
• Partner with sales to drive product adoption, growth, and portfolio quality.
• Monitor product performance (disbursals, yields, delinquencies) and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and technology teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Skills & Knowledge

Functional Competencies

5–10 years of experience in NBFC/HFC/Banking, preferably with exposure to LRD or real estate-backed products.

MBA/CA/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or related field.

Strong knowledge of lease rental discounting, NBFC lending, or real estate financing.

Understanding of RBI regulations, compliance, and risk frameworks.

Proven experience in product management, credit, or policy formulation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience in regulatory interactions, policy formulation, and product governance.
