Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager at QuickLife, a HealthTech Platform, your role will involve shaping the product vision, creating the roadmap, and overseeing the development of the healthtech platform. QuickLife's platform offers online medicine delivery, doctor consultations, and diagnostic services to provide a seamless healthcare experience to users. You will collaborate closely with the tech, operations, and business teams to ensure the successful implementation of the product. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and subsequent iterations - Defining a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs - Collaborating with UI/UX designers to create intuitive healthcare flows - Prioritizing features using data-driven insights - Working with internal and outsourced tech teams for timely delivery - Coordinating with operations and pharmacy teams for operational feasibility - Focusing on driving adoption, engagement, and retention through continuous improvements - Monitoring key performance indicators such as DAU/MAU, order conversion, retention, and NPS To excel in this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or marketplace domains - Strong understanding of healthtech or e-commerce workflows - Proficiency in Agile methodology, Jira, and product documentation - Data-driven mindset with knowledge of analytics tools like Mixpanel and Google Analytics - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities - Experience in launching 0 to 1 products would be a bonus This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and provident fund.
