Generate regular reports on payment transaction metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement based on data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation of transactions and processes. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices & merchant onboarding. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
