Product Designer

Job Title: Product DesignerLocation: E4, Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our pharmaceutical division. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing user-centered products and experiences that support healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, scientists, and regulatory experts, to develop intuitive, compliant, and effective digital and physical products.

Key Responsibilities:

l Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and design objectives specific to the pharmaceutical industry.

l Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both digital and physical pharmaceutical products.

l Conduct user research and usability testing with healthcare professionals and patients to inform design decisions.

l Ensure all designs adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, GDPR).

l Partner with engineering, product, and regulatory teams to deliver feasible and innovative solutions.

l Communicate design concepts clearly through visualizations and presentations.

l Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and patient-centricity in all product designs.

Qualifications:

l Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

l Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries.

l Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across digital and/or physical products.

l Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

l Experience designing within regulatory environments is highly desirable.

l Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
