Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Healthcare Location: Bangalore Experience: 12 + years in Product Management (Healthcare domain preferred) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager – Healthcare to lead the development and evolution of innovative healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between customers, business teams, and delivery teams to ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with customer needs, business goals, and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: Customer Collaboration & Requirement Gathering: Engage with healthcare customers to understand and anticipate their needs, translating them into clear, actionable product requirements. Discover and analyze both technical and business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision in partnership with customers. Drive the product evolution roadmap using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, aligning with long-term business strategies. Backlog & Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a well-groomed product backlog that reflects customer business initiatives. Prioritize backlog items in alignment with stakeholder expectations and changing priorities. Define and communicate the product roadmap to all relevant stakeholders. Collaboration & Design Thinking: Work closely with UX/UI teams, architects, and developers to define user journeys, product design, and technical architecture. Facilitate design workshops and review sessions to ensure solutions meet user expectations and compliance standards. Team Leadership & Guidance: Mentor and guide Business Analysts to ensure alignment with product vision and clarity in backlog items. Collaborate with delivery teams to share updates, identify and mitigate risks, and provide transparency to stakeholders. Agile Delivery Support: Actively participate in Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, and review meetings. Support delivery teams in obtaining timely approvals and sign-offs from customers. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate issue resolution activities with internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the Healthcare or HealthTech industry. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience in UX collaboration, journey mapping, and architectural discussions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). Exposure to digital health platforms, EHR/EMR systems, or patient engagement tools. Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PM/PO) is a plus. Show more Show less
