Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core offerings. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define the "what" and "why," while ensuring flawless execution of the "how." This role demands strategic thinking, deep customer empathy, and the ability to balance vision with execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and communicate the product vision and strategy for your area.
• Build and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time.
• Leverage data, customer insights, and market research to drive product decisions.
• Champion customer experience and ensure every product feature adds tangible value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to scaling product practices across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of proven experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong track record of building and scaling successful products from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep analytical skills—ability to interpret data, define metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in [industry/domain: SaaS, AI/ML, FinTech, Consumer Apps, etc.].
• Technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and measurable results.
