7-11 GSC is seeking a strategic and outcome-oriented Senior Manager of Product to lead our Delivery Platform & Integrations team. This role manages product managers across Delivery Platform areas, including Driver App Experience, Financial Operations, Partner Integrations, Ops Tools, and platform scalability


Responsibilities:

  • Inspire & Influence & Collaborate:

  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Product Management
  • Act as a trusted representative of the broader product organization, ensuring alignment across geographies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with clarity and purpose.
  • Communicating vision and fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and excellence within the GSC


Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and evolve the product vision across delivery platform services, integrations, and driver experience.
  • Align product strategy with business goals, unit economics, and operational KPIs.
  • Prioritize initiatives across the GSC product organization to maximize impact.
  • Champion our customers to identify, scope, and design product strategies and user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.


Innovation & Growth:

  • Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision.
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing product managers
  • Experience managing multiple product lines or platform services including an understanding of microservices, API ecosystems, and delivery logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and collaboration within teams across geographic and culture bounds
