Description
As a Senior Product Manager at HRS, your role involves taking ownership of how hotel and accommodation content is delivered across the platform and various booking channels. You will ensure that every customer has access to the best and most relevant property options globally, represented with accurate and engaging information. Your focus will be on designing data-driven AI-powered solutions to scale content offerings on the HRS platform, maintaining high content quality to enhance conversion rates, traveler satisfaction, and corporate duty of care. - Define and own the content strategy, setting the vision for building trust and driving bookings. - Automate content onboarding to scale rich property data with speed and precision. - Conduct experiments using A/B tests, analytics, and metrics to measure impact on trust, conversion, and onboarding time. - Build intelligent frameworks based on data-driven decision-making to guide the team and stakeholders. - Leverage Data, AI, and GenAI to optimize onboarding, monitoring, and content quality at scale. - Benchmark and innovate to stay ahead of competitors and establish HRS as a leader in hotel content. - Collaborate across the ecosystem with engineering, UX, suppliers, and commercial teams to ensure content meets business and traveler needs. - Inspire clarity by transparently communicating roadmaps, impact, and priorities to leadership and partners. For this exciting mission, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in product management roles, particularly in travel, content platforms, or eCommerce. - Understanding of hospitality tech ecosystems like OTAs, GDS, CRS, and channel managers is a plus. - A customer-first mindset with strong quantitative and experimental rigor. - Experience with API-driven content onboarding or large-scale data integration. - Skills in stakeholder collaboration across UX, engineering, commercial, operations, and suppliers.
