Job Purpose

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in our journey to shape the next chapter of engagement and growth strategy for Onsitego. In this cross-functional role you will be working with technology, business, marketing, design and executive teams to chart out the growth strategies. You should be able to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development, adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive stellar customer experience
  • Articulate user insights, create user journeys and communicate with the business, product, technology teams with conviction
  • Drive product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
  • Develop a comprehensive product and marketing roadmap to deliver on operational metrics and service excellence goals
  • Participate with engineering teams to influence design & architecture
  • Ask the right questions & use data with AI to make decisions
  • Leverage AI for POC development to churn out solutions to day to day challenges faced by our on-ground operations team

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in building products for app and web environment
  • Qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Strong bias for action
  • Communication, persuasion and presentation skills
  • Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Integration and Vendor Management Experience
  • Experience with toolset (but not limited to) like Figma, Lucidcharts, Google Analytics, SQL, Clevertap, Jira, Confluence, ChatGPT, Claude etc

Experience

: 5-10 years

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech
