About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 8–10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with the leadership team to define and execute design strategies for our core product experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, excels in UX/UI design, and has a proven track record of delivering scalable, user-centric solutions in a product-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to define product vision, strategy, and design direction.
• Lead end-to-end product design, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and usability testing.
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to align design with business goals.
• Own and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Mentor junior designers and champion best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI/Product Design (preferably in product-based companies or startups).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Experience in design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills with leadership presence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive design decisions.
• Experience mentoring designers is a plus.
