Experience in a fast-paced sectors. startup/scale-up environment , where you have had to build processes and systems from the ground up. A strong understanding of behavioural science principles and designing for long-term habit formation and adherence.

Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces or coaching platforms where communication between users and experts is a core feature.
