Role Overview

Senior UI/UX Designer (Freelance)

You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to transform requirements into polished, user-centric designs that enhance usability and overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and complete the end-to-end UI/UX design for the WhatsApp extension and web workspace
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Ensure consistency across the extension and workspace in terms of visual language and interaction patterns
• Optimize user experience for productivity, clarity, and ease of use
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability considerations, and product goals
• Deliver developer-ready design assets and specifications

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with SaaS products, browser extensions, or productivity tools
• Proven ability to handle both UX (flows,usability) and UI (visual design, components, polish)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile or fast-moving environment
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a freelance setting
