Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer who combines creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to deliver world-class user experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in design systems, UX research, high-fidelity prototyping, and no-code tools — with the ability to translate complex business and user needs into elegant, scalable, and functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete design lifecycle — from user research and prototyping to final visual execution with precision and creativity.

• Create high-quality design concepts and interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, and other leading tools aligned with product vision.

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user insights into intuitive, engaging digital experiences.

• Drive innovation by applying UX best practices, conducting usability testing, and staying ahead of emerging design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4–7 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of digital products at scale.

• Expert proficiency in Figma, Framer, and no-code prototyping tools such as Web flow or Bubble.

• Demonstrated experience creating and managing scalable design systems for complex products.

• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, design thinking, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to communicate design rationale clearly.

• A keen eye for typography, color theory, motion design, and micro-interactions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Expertise

• Proven experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or large-scale digital products with a strong command of animation, motion graphics, and interaction design.

• Skilled in leveraging user analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to optimize product experiences.

• Proficient with modern collaboration tools such as Notion, Miro, and Jira, and experienced in mentoring designers and shaping design strategy.
