Senior Procurement Executive (ICT) We are hiring a technically proficient and globally aware Senior Procurement Executive (ICT) to support our UN procurement division. This role demands a strong understanding of IT, networking, and hardware specifications and experience in managing global procurement cycles for United Nations organizations. Email your resume with the Job Code (PROC-SR-ICT/0625) in the subject line to hr@klmgt.com Key Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to : Monitor and track RFQs from identified tender portals. Analyze and interpret RFQs and tender documents from UN agencies mainly involving ICT products and systems. Understand technical specifications for IT and networking hardware (e.g., servers, routers, switches, UPS systems, storage solutions, etc.). Identify appropriate brands, models, and suppliers based on specific country requirements and project goals. Prepare and submit technically compliant and commercially competitive bids/tenders. Evaluate and select appropriate freight methods (air/sea) based on destination, project urgency, and cost factors. Soft Skills & Competencies: Ensure compliance with international ICT standards, certifications, and compatibility with country-specific systems. Liaise with internal teams to align sourcing strategy, pricing, and timelines with project demands. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (commercial and technical). Precision and clarity in handling RFQs, bid documentation, and communication with vendors. Self-motivated and able to handle procurement for multiple global projects independently. Good understanding of technology trends, IT hardware market, and vendor ecosystem. Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement of IT and networking equipment for global or institutional clients. Working knowledge of international freight methods and documentation. Experience with UN or similar international organizations is a strong advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement/ERP software.
