Our client-centric approach combines consulting, engineering, and data science to help businesses evolve and scale efficiently.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to augment in-house teams and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. The developer will work across the full SDLC—discovery, design, implementation, integration, testing, documentation, deployment, and knowledge transfer—while adhering to Agile (SAFe®) practices. This role will focus on building scalable solutions for Treasury workflows, integrating with Azure services, APIs, and enterprise systems, and ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.Scope of Work

• Perform end-to-end engineering activities including discovery, solution design, build, integration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Deliver features iteratively through Agile/SAFe® ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
• Power Platform focus:
• Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Automate workflows using Power Automate flows.
• Design Dataverse tables, relationships, and security roles.
• Develop and implement PCF controls when needed.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and enterprise APIs.
• Establish environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod) and manage ALM pipelines via Azure DevOps.
• Enforce DLP policies and data governance.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise solutions in Agile teams.
• Proven expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) solution design and delivery.
• Experience with .NET Core (service & API development).
• Knowledge of React.js for modern web UI development.
• Strong Azure PaaS services experience (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.), secure configurations, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Proficiency in identity & access management, application security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with integration patterns (REST APIs, messaging, event-driven architecture).
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, version control (Git/Azure DevOps), and work item tracking.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
