Technical Requirements and Role:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI, including data modeling, DAX measures, dashboard creation, and performance optimization.

• Build and enhance applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to support business processes.

• Collaborate with Backend data team working on SQL, Databricks, etc to integrate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions.

• Participate in and occasionally lead client calls, presenting dashboards, explaining logic, gathering feedback, and aligning on deliverables.

• Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure accuracy of reports and visualizations.

• Troubleshoot issues across Power BI, Power Apps, and Automate, ensuring timely resolution and smooth functioning of deployed solutions.

• Document solution designs, workflows, and release notes to maintain clarity and support future enhancements.

• Support ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and version upgrades within the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Apply analytical thinking to interpret data trends, identify insights, and recommend improvements to business processes.

• Utilize understanding of supply chain analytics (preferred) to design analytics solutions relevant to inventory, logistics, and operations

• Train end users as well as mentor internal teams as and how required. 

Eligibility: -

Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field including Analytics, Computer Applications, Engineering, or Equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, including strong proficiency in Power BI.

• Practical working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate, with experience building end-to-end solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience working on SQL-based data environments; exposure to Databricks is a plus.

• Good communication Skills.
