Senior Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with 5+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable business applications, automating workflows, and delivering impactful data-driven insights that empower decision-making and enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
•PowerApps Development
•Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
•Integrate PowerApps with Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, and other data sources.
•Implement custom logic, business rules, and controls for complex business scenarios.
•Optimize apps for performance, usability, and scalability.
•Power Automate
•Build and optimize cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), and business process flows to streamline operations.
•Automate integrations across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party services.
•Monitor and troubleshoot flow performance, ensuring high reliability and error handling.
•Power BI
•Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
•Create data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
•Integrate Power BI with PowerApps and external systems for end-to-end solutions.
•Ensure data governance, security, and performance optimization in reporting solutions.
•Collaboration & Leadership
•Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Power Platform best practices.
•Work in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvements.

5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
•Strong expertise in: Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps development.•Power Automate Flows (cloud, desktop, approval workflows).•Power BI dashboarding, DAX, and data modeling.•Experience integrating Power Platform with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and APIs.•Knowledge of Power Platform governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and solution management.•Understanding of security models, role-based access, and data policies.•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Skills•Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AI Builder.•Familiarity with RPA (Power Automate Desktop) and custom connectors.•Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for Power Platform solutions.•Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) or PL-600 (Solution Architect) certification is a plus.
