You will be part of a dynamic team that rallies together to solve the most challenging issues in today's marketplace. ###Role Overview: - As a successful Transformation Design and Execution Senior, you will collaborate with clients to design and establish Transformation Management Office (TMO), Program Management Office (PMO), or Project Portfolio Management business processes and solutions. - You will work with engagement leadership to design core processes, support delivery teams in planning and executing complex programs, and drive strategic conversations with key stakeholders. - Creatively leverage technology with the Technology Solutions team to support processes as part of the overall solution design. ###Key Responsibilities: - Assessments and Process Design - Capability Roadmap Development and execution - PMO Setup & Operations ###Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (BE - B. Tech / MCA) with 6-9 years of related work experience or a graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience - Approximately 6+ years of experience in large-scale complex programs providing consulting services in areas such as PMO/EPMO design/set up, program road-mapping, resource/capacity management, program execution, etc. - Strong communication and presentation skills - Flexibility to work in US and UK time zones - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial to have an MBA or relevant graduate degree, understanding of Agile concepts, business analysis skills, knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps, and certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum, Agile SAFe. Sector experience in areas such as Automotive, Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility, Consumer Products and Goods, etc., would also be advantageous.
