Senior Payroll Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Process end-to-end Indian Payroll for employees of EbixCash.

2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS regulations.

3. Calculate and verify employee salaries, benefits, and deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

4. Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll.

5. Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.

6. Post payroll-related entries accurately in the accounting software Tally to maintain up-to-date records.

Skills Required:

1. Proven experience in processing end-to-end Indian Payroll, preferably in a similar role.

2. Sound knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS regulations.

3. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address employee inquiries and concerns.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

6. Proficiency in using accounting software, particularly Tally, for payroll-related entries and record-keeping.

7. Ability to adapt to changes in payroll regulations and tax laws, and implement necessary adjustments in payroll processing procedures.
