Job Title: Audit and Compliance Manager/Senior Executive Location: Rajasthan (Factory/Production Unit) Experience Required: 4–6 Years Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing / Production Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Audit and Compliance Executive with 5–6 years of experience in managing ISO certifications , internal audits, and statutory compliance for a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will ensure that our production processes and documentation meet both regulatory standards and quality certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 , etc. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain compliance with ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). Conduct and coordinate internal audits , prepare audit schedules, and support external certification audits. Ensure closure of audit non-conformities and track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain documentation as per ISO and regulatory requirements. Liaise with certification bodies and consultants for surveillance and renewal audits. Monitor changes in legal, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the production unit. Conduct training and awareness sessions on compliance standards and audit processes. Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence. Prepare and maintain compliance reports, audit trails, and records. Key Skills and Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5–6 years of experience in compliance and audits within a manufacturing or production environment. Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 preferred. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), EHS norms, and audit methodologies. Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and audit management software/tools.
