Roles And Responsibilities

Guide, mentor, and support team members in their day-to-day activities.
Build and sustain a strong and motivated team with effective skill sets and high retention (90%+).
Develop and enhance order processing systems (STEM system) with continuous improvements.
Drive productivity by improving order processing speed and accuracy.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle escalations effectively and provide timely, accurate solutions.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and communication guidelines.
Monitor team activities and performance to align with organizational goals.
Collect payments on time from dealers and ensure proper documentation.
Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing strategies.
Coordinate daily operations including sales processes, order tracking, and payments.
Evaluate team performance and identify training or hiring needs.
Manage and maintain regular reports and performance metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience in team coordination or customer service operations.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Knowledge of order processing systems (like STEM) is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
