Senior Order Processing Executive

As a dynamic Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the customer service and order processing team. Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential for effective communication. You will lead the team by providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high levels of performance and productivity. Building a motivated and skilled team will be crucial for maintaining a positive work environment and achieving a retention rate of over 90%. Your role will also involve overseeing and enhancing the order processing system to drive efficiency and accuracy. In addition, you will be expected to handle customer escalations, ensure timely resolutions, and monitor team activities to maintain organizational standards. Providing regular feedback to align staff performance with organizational goals and presenting reports to senior management will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with the manager to implement strategic initiatives and evaluating employee performance for hiring and training needs will be integral to your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in customer service or order processing. Strong team management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, order management systems, and a customer-focused mindset are also required. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the furniture/interior or manufacturing industry would be an added advantage for this role.,
