Certification:

• OTM Certification is mandatory.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional knowledge and technical skills in transportation management, OTM implementation, and cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and end-to-end implementation of OTM modules including Order Management, Planning, Execution, Visibility, and Settlement processes.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams, end-users, and stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive technical specifications, design documents, and test plans for OTM implementations and enhancements.
• Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integration of OTM with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide post-implementation support, ongoing maintenance, and issue resolution for OTM applications.
• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Stay updated on OTM industry trends, best practices, and latest features to drive continuous improvements and innovations.
• Experience in On-Premises to Cloud Migration of OTM systems is highly desirable.
• Apply sound knowledge of the logistics domain to enhance solution delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management in a techno-functional capacity.
• Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end OTM implementations.
• Proficiency in OTM configuration, solution design, and technical development.
• Strong experience in system integrations with ERP, WMS, TMS, and third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for business requirements if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle OTM Certification (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of the logistics and supply chain domain.
• Hands-on experience with OTM Cloud solutions and cloud migration projects.
