We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end admissions operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of admission-related activities, maintaining relationships with partner institutions, and representing the organization at colleges/universities. This role involves frequent travel (70–80%) to manage ground-level operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage college admission operations across different regions.

- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and academic institutions to facilitate admissions.

- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement strategic admission plans to meet organizational targets.

- Oversee and guide field teams involved in admissions, counseling, and outreach programs.

- Handle on-ground operations during admission drives, seminars, and events.

- Regularly report progress, challenges, and updates to senior management.

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including educational partners, students, and parents.

- Ensure cost-effective travel management while meeting operational goals.

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Education, or related field.
• - Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations/admissions/education management.
• - Strong leadership and team management skills.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
