Role Overview:

experienced BTL Marketing & Brand Activation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute

  BTL campaigns, brand activations, and exhibitions

  across multiple cities.
• Oversee

  production, fabrication, and installation of retail branding solutions

  .
• Build, manage, and expand a

  reliable vendor network across India

  .
• Handle

  project budgets, cost negotiations, and P&L accountability

  .
• Ensure timely and flawless

  project delivery with operational efficiency

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive

  high-impact brand experiences

  .

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of proven experience

  in

  BTL marketing, brand activations, events, or retail branding

  .
• Strong expertise in

  vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and operations management

  .

• Financial acumen

  with hands-on experience in

  budgeting and P&L ownership

  .
• Ability to manage

  multiple projects under tight deadlines

  with attention to detail.
• Willingness to

  travel pan-India

  for project supervision and execution.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field

  .
• Prior experience working with a

  marketing agency is mandatory

  .
