Role Overview : We are hiring an experienced BTL Marketing & Brand Activation Lead to drive impactful brand activations, retail branding, exhibitions, and event campaigns . This role requires strong vendor management skills, project ownership, and end-to-end campaign execution expertise . The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for operations, budgets, and P&L management , ensuring seamless project delivery across India. Key Responsibilities : Plan and execute BTL campaigns, brand activations, and exhibitions across multiple cities. Oversee production, fabrication, and installation of retail branding solutions . Build, manage, and expand a reliable vendor network across India . Handle project budgets, cost negotiations, and P&L accountability . Ensure timely and flawless project delivery with operational efficiency . Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive high-impact brand experiences . Requirements and Qualifications : 8+ years of proven experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, events, or retail branding . Strong expertise in vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and operations management . Financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting and P&L ownership . Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail. Willingness to travel pan-India for project supervision and execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field .
