Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Operations Executive(Senior Operations Executive – Warehouse & Order Management) to take full ownership of Petblush’s warehouse and day-to-day operations. This role is critical for ensuring smooth order processing (online & offline), accurate inventory management, and efficient dispatches. The candidate will also be responsible for managing warehouse staff, helpers, and packaging activities. Key Responsibilities Order Management & Dispatches Process online (e-commerce/marketplaces) and offline (retail/distributors) orders. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products with proper documentation. Warehouse Management Take full ownership of warehouse operations. Oversee incoming goods (raw materials, finished products) and maintain records. Supervise inventory management including stock updates, stock rotation, and audits. Maintain daily diaries/registers/logs for incoming and outgoing materials. Team & Labor Handling Manage and supervise helpers, packaging staff, and laborers. Allocate daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow. Packaging & Quality Ensure proper packaging of products as per brand standards. Monitor quality checks before dispatch. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Provide regular reports on stock, dispatches, and warehouse activities to management. Requirements2–4 years of experience in warehouse/operations/order processing (preferably FMCG, retail, or consumer goods). Decent knowledge of inventory management systems and Excel. Prior experience in handling dispatches/logistics. Good people management skills to handle helpers and labor. Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset.
