Senior Operation Executive

Position Summary: The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the manpower and transport agency. This role involves coordinating manpower deployment and ensuring smooth service delivery to clients. The Operations Executive works closely with the operations team to ensure efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Coordination:
• Assist in the daily operations of manpower deployment services.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure that the right manpower is available to meet client needs.
• Manage the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and drivers for client projects.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures.
• Workforce and Resource Management:
• Monitor workforce availability and allocate resources effectively to meet client demands.
• Assist in managing the agency’s vehicle fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and ready for use.
• Work with drivers to coordinate schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient transport services.
• Client Support:
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any operational inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Ensure that client requirements are understood and communicated to the relevant teams.
• Assist in resolving any operational issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain operational records, including workforce schedules, vehicle logs, and client service reports.
• Provide regular updates to the Senior Operations Executive or Operations Manager on the status of ongoing projects.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure that all operations comply with relevant labor laws, transport regulations, and safety standards.
• Assist in conducting safety inspections and ensuring that all operational staff adhere to safety protocols.
• Report any incidents or violations to the Senior Operations Executive or Operations Manager.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies or processes to enhance operational performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to build skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
