As a Senior Operations Executive at the travel company, your role will involve overseeing and managing end-to-end travel operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver exceptional travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Managing day-to-day travel operations such as booking flights, hotels, transportation, and tour packages. - Specializing in the European sector, you should have a good knowledge of its itineraries and routes. - Coordinating with vendors, DMCs, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of travel itineraries. - Monitoring ongoing tours to ensure client satisfaction and handling any issues that may arise during the trip. - Maintaining updated knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and current trends in the travel industry. Qualifications Required: - Experience in the travel and tourism industry or a strong interest in working in this sector. - Highly organized with at least 2 years of experience in sales. - Ability to work full-time in person during the morning shift.
