Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and motivate a team of insurance Telecaller to achieve sales targets

✅ Develop and implement effective sales strategies

✅ Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support

✅ Recruit, train, and mentor insurance sales agents

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships

✅ Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive

✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
