Senior Operation Executive

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our team. The Senior Executive (Operations) will play a critical role in our organization by supporting the Operations manager in daily operations, reporting, and customer coordination. The person would be responsible for Customer verification for loan process and collection over the call. Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and hold a graduation degree or higher.

Responsibilities:

· Customer Verification for processing his loan

· Collection with the existing customers and coordination with existing and potential customers.

· Reporting: Utilizing excel skills prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports by collecting and analysing data from various sources. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.

· Operational Support: Collaborate with the senior management and other team members to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to optimize operations.

· Data Analysis: Utilize Excel skills to analyse operational data, and generate actionable insights.

· Documentation and Compliance: Assist in maintaining proper documentation and compliance records. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
