1. Due Diligence Underwriter

Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Review mortgage loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Assess borrower’s creditworthiness, employment, income, and debt.
• Analyze credit reports, tax returns, financial statements.
• Review property valuations and appraisal reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify potential risks and recommend approval/denial decisions.

Must-Haves:

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in mortgage processing/underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations & compliance.
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in loan origination/underwriting software.

2. Appraisal QC Reviewer

Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Perform QC reviews of residential real estate appraisal reports.
• Validate appraisal accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Review comparable sales/market data and property details.
• Ensure exhibits (photos, maps, sketches) are present and correct.
• Communicate discrepancies with appraisers/internal teams.
• Meet productivity & quality targets.

Must-Haves:

• Hands-on experience with appraisal forms (1004, 1025, 1073, 2055, 1004C).
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in US mortgage/valuation domain.

What We’re Looking For
