Role Overview

lead the marketing team that interfaces daily with existing customers

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  marketing team handling day-to-day customer communication

• Oversee

  customer demand forecasting and scheduling

  , based on customer requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate

  communication of demand plans to the production planning team

• Drive

  targeted B2B outreach

  for new customer acquisition and export growth
• Strengthen long-term

  customer relationships

  with key accounts
• Develop and maintain

  structured customer databases and CRM systems

• Support business development through

  market research and customer profiling

• Prepare and maintain

  marketing and technical collaterals

• Coordinate participation in

  select industry exhibitions and customer meetings

• Work closely with sales, production, and senior management to ensure alignment

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of experience

  in B2B marketing, customer management, or business development
• Strong background in

  manufacturing / automotive / engineering industries

• Bachelor of Engineering or MBA

• Experience managing

  customer-facing teams

  in an industrial environment
• Strong understanding of

  demand planning, long sales cycles, and export businesses

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
