Sun Forge Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of precision forged rings and bearing races, supplying high-quality components to MNCs. We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team and support both front-end and back-end customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retain and manage relationships with international customers
• Handle daily professional correspondence via email, including quotations, clarifications, and follow-ups
• Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure timely deliveries
• Work with our ERP system for order tracking, documentation, and internal coordination
• Communicate effectively with production, logistics, and quality departments
• Assist in preparing presentations, customer responses, and trade show materials
• Contribute to the company’s marketing initiatives through LinkedIn and other professional channels

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B or industrial marketing, customer support, or sales coordination
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, or export companies is preferred
