Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of precision forged rings and bearing races, supplying high-quality components to MNCs. We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team and support both front-end and back-end customer operations. Key Responsibilities: Retain and manage relationships with international customers Handle daily professional correspondence via email, including quotations, clarifications, and follow-ups Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure timely deliveries Work with our ERP system for order tracking, documentation, and internal coordination Communicate effectively with production, logistics, and quality departments Assist in preparing presentations, customer responses, and trade show materials Contribute to the company’s marketing initiatives through LinkedIn and other professional channels Candidate Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B or industrial marketing, customer support, or sales coordination Excellent command of written and spoken English Strong organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, or export companies is preferred What We Offer: Opportunity to work directly with senior management Exposure to international customers and global markets Process-driven work environment with clear responsibilities
