Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience in executing high-impact digital campaigns. This role will also involve mentoring a Graphic Design Intern, ensuring brand consistency across creatives and guiding visual content development in line with marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Manage and grow engagement across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Optimize website and content for search engines and performance.
  • Design and run email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or Zoho.
  • Monitor and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio.
  • Coordinate A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
  • Support marketing automation and CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

Team Collaboration & Mentoring

  • Work closely with the content, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Mentor and guide the Graphic Design Intern on design briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction.
  • Review creatives and provide constructive feedback to enhance brand impact and visual appeal.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets in line with campaign timelines.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record in managing paid campaigns and social media growth.
  • Strong grasp of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience with design tools (basic use of Canva/Figma) is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate creative vision and design standards effectively.
  • Prior experience in mentoring, team collaboration, or creative leadership is desirable.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Mandatory)

  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certification
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices or basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience in B2B or health-tech sectors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
