Job Description

The desired candidate should have strong engineering foundation with mechanical expertise

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end manufacturing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
Implement and sustain lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
Manage medium- to large-scale capital projects, including project justification, equipment selection, installation, and validation.
Analyze KPIs, process flows, and bottlenecks to drive data-informed decisions.
Develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferably with heading, heat treatment, grinding and inspection processes.
Good understanding of mechanical processes
