Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, located in Belgaum. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality aerospace wire harnesses and systems. Responsibilities include developing and implementing manufacturing strategies, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Qualifications Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering skills Experience in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Competency in Machining techniques and practices Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus
