Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Lead Generation Executive to join our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to kickstart their career in the IT services industry by learning how to identify and connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.).

• Conduct outreach via emails, messages, and cold calls to engage prospects.

• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain lead data and update CRM systems accurately.

• Collaborate with the BD team to support campaign and outreach initiatives.

Eligibility and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience

• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills

• Basic understanding of IT services and business development

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Positive attitude and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
