Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Executive in this role, you will be responsible for generating leads with your strong communication skills. Fluency is a key requirement for effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this position. The job is based in Sector 49, Gurgaon, and involves working in the US process during night shifts for 5 days a week. Your primary tasks will include conducting lead generation activities, with a focus on the US market. The job involves a full-time, permanent position, suitable for freshers as well. Upon initial screening, selected candidates will be invited for a face-to-face interview after a telephonic conversation. In addition to the base salary bracket of 25k, the compensation package includes cab/travel bonuses, meal allowances, health insurance, and Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday, with night shifts aligned to the US time zone. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also part of the benefits offered. The ideal candidate for this role would have at least 1 year of total work experience, with a preference for candidates with 1 year of experience in sales. The work location is in-person, requiring your presence at the designated office in Gurgaon.
