Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages. Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required. Requirements: Good communication skills (verbal & written). Basic computer knowledge.
