Job Title: Customer Care Executive    Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide information about products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.      Responsibilities:      Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages. Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.      Requirements:    Good communication skills (verbal & written). Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
