Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, qualify, and generate new leads for our IT services (mobile app development, website development, software solutions, and custom development). The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with both online and offline lead generation.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, Upwork, Clutch, directories, and company databases.
  • Research companies, decision-makers, and gather contact information (email, phone, website, industry, requirements).

2. Cold Outreach

  • Send cold emails, cold WhatsApp, and cold messages on LinkedIn.
  • Make introductory cold calls to generate interest for MoboDevelopers' services.
  • Maintain a professional and engaging communication style.

3. Qualification

  • Understand client requirements to determine if they are a good fit.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or introduction calls for the Business Development Manager/Founder.

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Google Sheets).
  • Create daily/weekly lead, conversion, and follow-up reports.

5. Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team to prepare proposals, presentations, or quotations.
  • Share market insights, competitor data, and new opportunities.

Skills Required

  • Good communication (English & Hindi).
  • Strong research and data-mining skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Upwork, Fiverr (bonus).
  • Basic understanding of IT services, mobile apps, websites, and software development.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Any stream).
  • Experience in IT sales / inside sales / lead generation is an advantage.

Salary Range

  • ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience)
  • Incentives + Performance Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,642.23 - ₹39,509.08 per month
