Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Manager/Lead - Payroll.

You’ll lead payroll and benefits operations using SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors, drive pay equity, statutory compliance, and support data-driven decision-making through robust reporting. Partner with business and finance to influence people outcomes while managing a lean team of C&B experts.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead C&B strategy, salary benchmarking & reward programs
• Oversee payroll operations via SAP (India Payroll)
• Administer SAP SuccessFactors (Comp & EC modules)
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Taxation, etc.)
• Drive C&B budgeting, analytics & stakeholder engagement

What You Bring:

• MBA/PGDM in HR with 10–15 years of HR experience
• Proven expertise in SAP Payroll & SuccessFactors
• Strong grasp of Indian labor laws and compensation regulations
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail & leadership skills
