Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Neemrana for a Senior Manager in Vendor Development. The responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and managing partnerships with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and objectives. You will negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met. The role also involves analyzing vendor-related data to enhance operations and manage risks effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Vendor Management, Vendor Negotiation, and Contract Management.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Procurement processes.
• Proven ability to conduct Market Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Vendor Performance Evaluation.
• Proficiency in Project Management and team leadership, with a focus on the aviation or defense sector preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices in Civil Aviation and Defense.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Procurement or Vendor Management are an advantage.
