Senior Manager - Talent Research - International HR Operations & Talent Acquisition We are seeking an experienced and culturally aware International Human Resources Generalist/Manager to join our global HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to our international offices and employees, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and implementing global HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Global HR Operations: Provide HR support to international offices, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies in multiple countries.3. Global HR Initiatives: Implement and manage global HR initiatives, such as performance management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion programs.4. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with local laws and company policies.5. Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in international markets.6. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to support the development of international employees.7. Benefits and Compensation: Manage benefits and compensation programs for international employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.8. Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to inform global HR strategies and initiatives.9. Communication: Collaborate with global stakeholders to communicate HR initiatives, policies, and programs.10. Minimum of 2 years of people management experience- Candidate should be highly organized with keen attention to detail and focus on delivery- The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
